With a nod to the 60's, the Harley & J Top delivers vintage vibes with floral print and a super cute smocked look. Part of Volcom's Featured Artist series, this top was made in collaboration with graphic designer and illustrator, Jasmin Meier, who feels inspired by the natural world.
