We ship packages from our physical store on West-Terschelling to the Netherlands and most other European countries.
All of our online webshop products are in stock and usually processed by us and handed over to our carrier within 48h after order confirmation.
Shipments within the Netherlands will be handled by PostNL. European parcels will be carried out by DHL service.

Every purchase from our webshop can be returned. This can be done by post or in the store during opening hours. Is an item delivered damaged? In this case, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and include photos of the damaged product.
In case of undamaged item(s), you may return the order if:
- The trial period of 14 days after receipt of the item(s) has not yet expired
- Item(s) is/are unworn (fitting is of course possible)
- Item(s) is/are provided with attached labels and/or stickers
- Item(s) is/are packed in original packaging if possible
- Item(s) is/are provided with any gift items that you received with the order
Do I have to pay for the return myself?
Yes. We do not cover shipping costs.
However, we refund the full amount of the purchase. You are liable for products that are returned damaged or contain traces of use and we reserve the right to charge costs for this.
How do I return the product?
Step 1: Submit a return request via 'My account' or fill in the return form below and place it inside the box.

Step 3: Send the package to us with a courier of your choice. Return your order with all supplied accessories and in original condition and packaging. Save the shipping receipt . You are personally liable for the items until the package has been delivered to us.
How many days do I have to return an item?
A return notification has to be done within 14 days after receipt. You have 7 days starting from the time of notification to actually return the product.
How and when do I get my money back?
After you have submitted the return request, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was made. This will be done within 5 working days after we have received the items again. The refund will concern the entire purchase amount.
Why do I have to pay the return costs myself?
We are a small company and simply cannot (yet) afford paying for the return costs.
